About Jayne

Jayne is a registered counsellor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling federation of Australia (PACFA) and a registered Provisional Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner regulation Agency (APHRA), who has her Masters of Counselling. Jayne enjoys working with a wide range of clients and has specific experience working with young people and families by supporting them with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation and communication. She has experience working across retail, education, health care and corporate environments and understands the unique challenges associated with each of these settings.

Providing a welcoming and empathic environment, Jayne is client focussed and collaborates with clients to support their mental wellness by utilising evidence -based techniques including Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and solution focused therapy. Jayne is passionate about supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing as well as assisting them to set and achieve their own goals.
