I was born in Oslo, Norway and obtained my medical degree from the University of Health sciences Lahore, Pakistan.

After my internship , I worked in a Psychiatry unit for few months before moving to Australia where I completed a masters in public Health from the University of Queensland. 

After the birth of my daughter I decided to move back to clinical medicine and worked in the Emergency Department for a year before moving to General Practice.

I have been working as a General Practitioner for last 10 years. 

Special interest: Women, children and adolescent health, chronic disease management, mental health. 

Hobbies: travelling, painting, gardening
