Hello, my name is Diana Krisanski. For as long as I can remember, I have loved working with food. Creating new and delicious dishes, and experimenting with flavours became a passion. As I got older, I began to see the clear link between food and health – leading me on a pathway to research the relationship between chronic disease and nutrition.

Through my years spent managing a natural health clinic, I experienced firsthand the ailments, conditions and obstacles people struggled with daily. Invariably diet changes were required, leading me to develop strategies and eating plans that were easily implemented into busy lives and families.

I became a Clinical Nutritionist after completing a Bachelor in Health Science (Nutritional Medicine) at Endeavour College of Natural Health and have now joined the team at Spinealign to assist and empower people and families in becoming the healthiest version of themselves.

An initial nutritional consultation will take approximately 1.5 hours and consists of a detailed assessment of your lifestyle, physical and emotional stressors, dietary intake, physical activity, and health history. I will then use this assessment to formulate a tailor-made action plan to assist you with current health issues and areas of concern. Further diagnostic testing may be required prior to the integration of supplements into your individualised plan.

My nutritional expertise can assist with fatigue, immune dysfunction, autoimmune conditions, gastrointestinal disturbances, hormone rebalancing, allergies, food sensitivities, nutritional deficiencies, weight loss as well as general health and wellbeing.
