Your Physiotherapy session will begin with a thorough assessment of the problem. Treatments such as joint mobilisation, massage, dry needling and specific exercise programs are used with the aim of quickly restoringnormal movement and function to the areas of the body affected.

Andrew Hoare is the principle physiotherapist at Vitality. Andrew has been practicing Physiotherapy inprivate and sports settings since graduating from the University of Melbourne in 1995.He has worked as a team physiotherapist for the Victorian women’s hockey team and several AustralianFootball Rules clubs and has assisted the Melbourne Tigers strength training program by conducting teamClinical Pilates classes.He is registered, up-to-date with all new developments in his field and is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
