Dr Douglass is an owner and a Practice Principal of Ellen Health. Completing her medical degree at the University of Western Australian, she was then a junior doctor at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital & Princess Margaret Hospital.

Dr Douglass has been a General Practitioner in Perth & the Pilbara since 1992 and commenced at Ellen Health in 2009. Dr Douglass also works at King Edward Memorial Hospital as a sessional GP-Obstetrician, mainly Family Birth Centre; Antenatal Clinics; Adolescent Pregnancy Clinic; Psychiatry Registrar; State-wide Obstetric Support Unit and Menopause Clinic.

She enjoys gym, pump classes, yoga and cooking and is married with three children.
