Healthengine is pleased to announce the election of chair, Susan Forrester, and new non-executive director, Michael Malone, at its recent Annual General Meeting held on 8 December 2022. Susan is a highly respected and accomplished business leader, board chair and company director, serving on a range of corporate boards across a variety of industries since 2006. Michael Malone is an Australian-based entrepreneur and founder of iiNet who has held roles as a non-executive director in various listed and public technology companies.
Matthew Koertge, Managing Partner at Telstra Ventures, was re-elected to the Board and will continue in his role as non-executive director. Dr Marcus Tan, CEO and founder of Healthengine, continues as Executive Director. Bios are available on About us page at healthengine.com.au.
Four non-executive directors did not seek re-election and retired from the Healthengine Board, including Brad Lancken, Andrew Larsen, Pieter Kemps and Alexander Beer. Healthengine wishes to thank these individuals for their considerable contribution to the Board during their tenure.
