Healthy, easy to make chocolate sultana cake.
1 cup self-raising flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup skim milk
1 cup sultanas
Beat eggs and sugar well. Add milk and sultanas and mix well.
Add mixture to sifted flour and cocoa. Mix well.
Pour mixture into lined cake tin. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
