This is a private billing service, and payment authorisation must be completed at the time of the request with payment taken at time of the prescription request approval.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind regarding a prescription request post approval.
Each prescription request submission is assessed by Dr Chauhan who will approve the request on clinical grounds, or will provide a reason if the request is rejected. In the case of a rejection, you may be required to have a consultation with your practitioner.
This service is for repeat scripts only. Any new scripts will require a face-to-face consult.
Maximum two scripts can be requested.
Blood test forms require a consult with the doctor, please do not request this.
