This is a private billing service, and payment authorisation must be completed at the time of the request with payment taken at time of the prescription request approval.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind regarding a prescription request post approval.
Prescriptions can be completed by any practitioner at this practice. No pain medication will be prescribed via this service.
Each prescription request submission is assessed by a practitioner who will approve the request on clinical grounds, or will provide a reason if the request is rejected. In the case of a rejection, you may be required to have a consultation with your practitioner.
You may request up to three medications in a single prescription form request, however the request will be processed as a whole; partial scripts will not be issued.
If you require your prescription urgently, it is recommended that you seek care at an Urgent Care Service as Macintyre Health is not an Urgent Care Provider.
