This is a private billing service, and payment authorisation must be completed at the time of the request with payment taken at time of the prescription request approval.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind regarding a prescription request post approval.
Each prescription request submission is assessed by a practitioner who will approve the request on clinical grounds, or will provide a reason if the request is rejected. In the case of a rejection, you may be required to have a consultation with your practitioner.
You may request more than one medication in a single prescription form request, however the request will be processed as a whole; partial scripts will not be issued.
Please be advised that this service is not to request painkillers or Schedule 8 medications. If you require these medications, please book an appointment to consult with one of our doctors.
