All S8 drug prescriptions will no longer be able to be ordered online or over the phone. An appointment will be required.
This is a private billing service, and payment authorisation must be completed at the time of the request with payment taken at time of the prescription request approval.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind regarding a prescription request post approval.
Prescriptions can be completed by any practitioner at this practice, however you may nominate your preferred practitioner.
Each prescription request submission is assessed by a practitioner who will approve the request on clinical grounds, or will provide a reason if the request is rejected. In the case of a rejection, you may be required to have a consultation with your practitioner.
If you require your prescription urgently, it is recommended that you select either pick up directly or an e-script collection method.
