Payment authorisation must be completed at the time you submit your request for a repeat script. Full payment is taken when the script request is approved.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for change of mind or incorrect information submitted to the doctor regarding your script requests.
The doctors will only issue a script for an EXISTING CONDITION to an EXISTING PRACTICE PATIENT who has had an appointment with a doctor at this clinic in the past 12 months.
NEW PATIENTS CANNOT USE THIS SERVICE and must book an appointment with a doctor through Healthengine.
WE WILL NOT ISSUE DRUGS OF DEPENDENCE OR SCHEDULE 8 MEDICATIONS REQUESTED THROUGH THIS SERVICE.
SCHEDULE 4 DRUGS which have the POTENTIAL TO CAUSE HARM OR BE MISSUSED such as benzodiazepines, duromine, lyrica, zolpidem, zopiclone, quetiapine and high strength codeine WILL ALSO NOT BE PRESCRIBED. These medications require close monitoring by your regular doctor.
