About this practice

This is a private billing service for regular patients of the practice. Payment authorisation is required when submitting your request, and payment is processed once the prescription is approved.

No refunds are available if you change your mind after the prescription has been approved.

Your request may be completed by any practitioner at the practice, although you can nominate a preferred practitioner.

All requests are clinically reviewed by a practitioner. If the request is not appropriate, you may be asked to book a consultation.

You may request multiple medications on one form, but the request will be processed as a whole (partial prescriptions cannot be issued).

Requests are processed as soon as possible, however please allow up to 72 hours for your request to be completed.

If your prescription is urgent, please select pick-up or an eScript option.
