This is a private billing service, and payment authorisation must be completed at the time of the request with payment taken at time of the referral approval.
This service is only for specialist referral. For any blood test referrals a consultation is required.
Referrals cannot be backdated.
Each referral request submission is assessed by Dr Chauhan who will approve the request on clinical grounds, or will provide a reason if the request is rejected. In the case of a rejection, you may be required to have a consultation with your practitioner.
