This is a private billing service. Payment is required at the time of request.

✅ Only for existing patients who have attended our practice within the last 12 months.

✅ For repeat referrals to a specialist you have previously seen, when your previous referral has expired.

❌ Not for new referrals, referrals to a different specialist, or first-time referrals.

❌ Not for Mental Health Care Plans, referrals to a psychologist, or Chronic Disease Management Plans.

🗓️ Referrals cannot be backdated.

🩺 Each request is reviewed by a doctor and approved only if clinically appropriate. If your request cannot be approved, you may need to book a consultation.

💡 Please include the specialty and the name of your specialist with your request.
