This is a private billing service, and payment authorisation must be completed at the time of the request with payment taken at time of the referral approval.
Referrals cannot be backdated.
Each referral request submission is assessed by a practitioner who will approve the request on clinical grounds, or will provide a reason if the request is rejected. In the case of a rejection, you may be required to have a consultation with your practitioner.
If you require your referral letter urgently, it is recommended that you select either pick up directly or an e-mail collection method.
