Payment authorisation must be completed at the time you submit your request for a repeat referral to a specialist. Full payment is taken when your request for a Referral to a Specialist is approved.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for change of mind or if you submit incorrect referral information to the doctor regarding your referral request.
Repeat referrals can only be requested by existing patients of our clinic, for an existing condition, who already have a specialist referral issued by a doctor at Springbank Medical Centre for the existing condition.
If you are a NEW PATIENT to our clinic or a current patient needing a REFERRAL TO A NEW or DIFFERENT SPECIALIST DOCTOR for a NEW or DIFFERENT CONDITION, please DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Please schedule a consultation with a doctor instead via Healthengine or contact the clinic on (08) 8280 3650.
