Thank you for submitting a repeat referral request with Kingsley Medical. Please ensure you read the below carefully to ensure you are eligible for a repeat referral from our clinic.
1. Referrals cannot be backdated, they need to be issued in advance of your specialist appointment.
2. Each referral request submission is assessed by a practitioner who will approve the request on clinical grounds, or will provide a reason if the request is rejected. In the case of a rejection, you may be required to have a consultation with your practitioner.
3. If you require your referral letter urgently, it is recommended that you select either pick up directly or an e-mail collection method.
This is a private billing service, and payment authorisation must be completed at the time of the request with payment taken at time of the referral approval. You will not be charged for a 'declined' request.
