This is a private billing service, and payment authorisation must be completed at the time of the request with payment taken at time of the Medical Certificate approval.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind regarding Medical Certificate requests.
Medical Certificates cannot be backdated; They are issued for a single day on the date of the request.
If you need a Medical Certificate for multiple days, or for someone under 16 years of age, please schedule a consultation with a GP instead.
