This is a private billing service, and payment authorisation must be completed at the time of the request with payment taken at time of the Medical Certificate approval. Any requests placed before 8:30am or after 4:30pm or on weekends or public holidays will NOT be actioned.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind regarding Medical Certificate requests.
Medical Certificates cannot be backdated; They are issued for a single day on the date of the request.
If you need a Medical Certificate for multiple days, or for someone under 16 years of age, please schedule a consultation with a GP instead. This service is intended solely for work-related medical certificates. We are unable to provide certificates for school or university via this platform.
