This is a private billing service. Payment authorisation is required when submitting a prescription request, with payment taken upon approval.
No refunds will be provided for change of mind after approval.
Prescriptions may be completed by any practitioner at this practice, although you may nominate a preferred practitioner.
All requests are clinically assessed by a practitioner, who will approve the request or provide a reason for rejection. If rejected, a consultation with your practitioner may be required.
Multiple medications may be requested on one form; however, the request is processed as a whole and partial scripts will not be issued.
Repeat prescriptions for addictive medications, including benzodiazepines and opiates, are not available through this service.
