This online submission is for 1 medication only. The prescription request submission is assessed by your GP who will approve the request on clinical grounds, or will provide a reason if the request is rejected. In the case of a rejection, you may be required to have a consultation with your practitioner.
For your safety only non S4D/8 prescriptions can be issued and you need to have seen your GP in the past 6 months or less. It is very important for your safety that you answer the screening questions carefully and honestly.
This is a private billing service, and payment authorisation must be completed at the time of the request with payment taken at time of the prescription request approval.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind regarding a prescription request post approval.
