Attention: A $35.00 non-rebateable Private fee is applicable. Scripts are prepared at the doctor's discretion. The doctor has 2 days to reply to your request. Script requests are available Monday - Wednesday only. Requests can only be made for ongoing medications - ie: those medications that have been prescribed 2-3 times previously. A refund will be provided if the doctor does not agree to completing your request and you will need to make an appointment. Antibiotics, Benzodiazepines and Opioids may not be requested. This function is only for 'regular' patients of this doctor.
