The Paediatric Practice offers a repeat scripts service as a convenient way to request your scripts. We are charging a small fee to cover the costs of us providing this service, and payment authorisation must be completed at the time of the request. Payment will only be taken if your physician approves the prescription request, and no refunds will be issued for change of mind regarding a prescription request post approval.
Each prescription request submission is assessed by your practitioner who will approve the request on clinical grounds, or will provide a reason if the request is rejected. In the case of a rejection, we may arrange a consultation to discuss.
You may request more than one medication in a single prescription form request, however the request will be processed as a whole; partial scripts will not be issued.
