Bec is a Generally Registered Psychologist with AHPRA. She is experienced in working with individuals across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds across the metro and remote Pilbara regions in WA.
Bec’s therapeutic approaches draw upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Bec has experience in CBT for insomnia (CBT-I), and trauma-informed CBT (TF-CBT); additionally, she is a trained Triple P facilitator.
Bec has experience working across a broad range of mental health and wellbeing areas; she has a special interest in distress intolerance, suicide prevention, non-suicidal self-injury, and trauma.
Bec is available for cognitive and ADHD assessments on a case-by-case basis. Please provide referral reason details for initial triaging.

Appointment duration: 51 minutes
Sessions rates:
Individuals: $230 per appointment (After 4.30pm & Saturday Appointments: $250)
Couples: $250 per appointment
Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. For cancellations under 48 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate. For cancellations under 24 hours, 100% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.
Please note: Bec works with clients 5 years + and couples.
