I love working with "everyday" teens to 20s, who are doing it tough and want to change the direction of their life.

Maybe you're experiencing anxiety, OCD, stress, and are feeling stuck, hopeless, alone.... Maybe you've had a rough upbringing, made some "bad" choices, use substances.

OCD, anxiety, and substance misuse in young people is my passion and predominantly who I work with.

My practice Living Free Psychology is about having the Freedom to '"Choose Your own way!"' whatever that may be. 

I want to help you create a better future, one that you choose and can be proud of, and know with work that anything is possible. It's about hope, belief, support and connection. I am down to earth, real, and will always be honest, no BS.

No matter who you are, what you have done, where you have been, You can CHANGE, and that's what I am here for. I will believe in you, have your back, give you tools and strategies, and will support you the best I can.
