Liz uses a client centred approach, supporting clients develop deeper self-understanding and cultivating a calm, happy, and peaceful inner world.
The client centred approach involves tailored interventions and techniques to meet each client’s individual needs. Session goals focus on empowering clients through deeper self-understanding and increased self awareness.
Liz provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment, with the aim of helping clients develop a calm, balanced, and peaceful inner world. She has extensive experience supporting both adults and young people across a variety of professional settings, including a women’s refuge, a private mental health clinic, schools and a national award-winning drug and alcohol service.

Liz utilises evidence-based therapies including:

Liz runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.
