About Priscilla

Priscilla is a friendly, compassionate, supportive and empowering Registered Psychologist with AHPRA and the APS (Australian Psychology Society). She has worked over the last 20 years across the metropolitan, rural and remote communities in health, the public sector and school settings.

Priscilla has worked with children, adolescents and adults across the life span including clients with substance abuse issues, justice, disabilities, learning and behavioural difficulties, complex trauma and culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

She holds a Graduate Diploma of Education (Primary), Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology and Bachelor of Science (Psychology). Priscilla has a special interest in children and adolescent psychology, working with clients under the age of 18 years and their families.

Priscilla is trained in the following therapies and uses the principles of Trauma Informed Practice and Positive behaviour management when working with children and adolescents and their families:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Motivational Interviewing

Priscilla is also a trained Triple P facilitator who enjoys working collaboratively with families to provide clear and practical strategies to help them build strong, healthy relationships, confidently manage their children’s behavior and prevent problems developing.

She has extensive experience working with children in the areas of:

  • Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Language delays
  • Mental health and behavioural concerns

Priscilla runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.

Appointment duration:  51 minutes

Sessions rates:

Individuals: $215.00 per appointment

Telehealth: Yes

Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 24 hours notice if you can not attend. For cancellations under 24 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.

Medicare Rebates
You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate when you have a valid mental health treatment plan and a referral letter from your GP prior to your psychology appointment.
You can still book an appointment without a mental health treatment plan, just be sure to have one ready before your session to be eligible for rebates.
