Overview
Tracey is a registered psychologist who brings compassion, patience, and a down to earth approach to her work. Tracey has over 10 years’ experience with a variety of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and loss, interpersonal and relationship issues, and emotional regulation difficulties.
Tracey has worked extensively with substance use, and those affected by family and domestic violence and has specific training and experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Self-Compassion Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based interventions. Tracey values creating stability, safety, and trust and aims to support people to improve psychological wellbeing and create lasting change.
