Ms Lauren Ann Fricker

Lauren is a registered psychologist who has a warm and collaborative style, working alongside her clients to develop personalised goals that focus on enhancing wellbeing. Lauren is also an AHPRA approved supervisor and has over a decade of experience working with adolescents, adults, and groups delivering evidence-based interventions. Lauren has supported people with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship and social challenges, grief and loss, life transitions (including parenthood), stress and anger, and trauma.

Lauren is also skilled at working with personality disorders, substance dependency, suicide prevention and domestic abuse. Lauren has been trained in areas such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance-Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Schema Based Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotional Coaching. Lauren also uses Gottman Method Couples Therapy in her work.
