Tanya creates a warm and respectful therapeutic space where clients can feel safe to discuss their personal difficulties without judgement. Using an attachment and trauma informed framework, Tanya’s therapeutic approach is person-centred and responsive to the clients’ needs and presenting issues.

Tanya strongly believes that both technique and the therapeutic relationship are needed to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. She is highly experienced in a number of evidence-based interventions, including cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, interpersonal therapy, psychodynamic and mindfulness-based approaches.

As a private billing practice, we strive to provide the highest quality services for our patients. Our consultation fee is $140.00 or $110.00 for those with a valid Health Care or Concession Card.
