About Francesca

Francesca obtained her psychology qualification through Monash University and has worked over several years in the non-for profit and corporate sectors predominantly focusing on adults with a range of presentations including addiction, chronic pain and complex mental health presentations.

Currently Francesca enjoys working with people across the lifespan who experience a range of psychological presentations including:

Francesca applies a diverse range of therapeutic approaches to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Gottman Therapy for Couples, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

Francesca’s goal for clients is to gain a deeper self-understanding and acquire skills for ongoing personal growth and expansion. By combining these methods, Francesca helps individuals and couples develop practical strategies for navigating challenges and fostering positive change in their lives. This holistic approach emphasizes not only addressing immediate concerns but also providing tools for long-term progress and development.

Francesca runs her own independent practice and engages Clear Health Psychology to provide administrative and other business services to enable her to provide assessment and treatment to her clients.

Appointment duration:  51 minutes

Sessions rates:

Individuals: $230.00 per appointment

Couples: $260.00 per appointment

Telehealth: Yes

Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Care Plan for individual appointments.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. For cancellations under 48 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate. For cancellations under 24 hours, 100% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.

You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate when you have a valid mental health treatment plan and a referral letter from your GP prior to your psychology appointment.
You can still book an appointment without a mental health treatment plan, just be sure to have one ready before your session to be eligible for rebates.
