About Michelle
Michelle is a warm, empathetic, and collaborative Registered Psychologist with experience across educational, organisational, and private practice settings. She works with adolescents (15+) and adults, providing a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore challenges and build lasting positive change.
Michelle has a particular interest in anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and major life transitions such as career change, separation, and family stress. She is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, and improve overall wellbeing.
With over 10 years of experience in couples therapy, Michelle is trained in Level 2 Gottman Method Therapy, supporting couples to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen connection in a balanced and collaborative environment.
Michelle works closely with GPs, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
