Welcome to Positive Mind Works, a secure online psychology counselling service. Secure Video sessions are like ‘virtual’ therapy, so you will be able to see and hear who you are speaking to, just as you would in a traditional face to face session.

Our psychologists are all registered Australian psychologists and recognised by Medicare, Private Health Funds and DVA.

We were one of the first Online Telehealth Psychology services in Australia. Having worked in the Telehealth space for the last 5 years we have a small experienced team of psychologists who all have a special interest and experience working online. Using a Telehealth service is an effective option which takes away a lot of the stress in visiting a 'bricks and mortar' service.

Our appointments utilise a video platform which is automatically adapts to your bandwidth, meaning even in areas of poor connection we can often establish a smooth video call.
