We provide individual counselling for adults, adolescents and children, in addition to couple counselling and family therapy sessions. Our psychologists practise a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches, to ensure that the individual and personal requirements of our clients are met.

Counselling is a personal experience, where our clients aim to explore and understand emotions and issues that are extremely close to them, and that they have perhaps found difficult to speak about with others around them. So, we understand how important it is to our clients that they feel comfortable to do this with a psychologist that is not only highly trained in the area of expertise they require, but who can share a meaningful, personal connection with them.
