I am a registered psychologist (soon-to-be clinical registrar) with five years of post-graduate experience. I provide psychological treatment and assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, with or without mental health diagnoses.

Throughout my previous roles, I have worked with individuals aged 4 and above from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. This experience has equipped me to meet a wide range of client needs.

My strengths as a psychologist include my ability to build strong therapeutic relationships and support clients in making meaningful changes by developing practical skills and helpful thinking patterns. I often incorporate mindfulness and distress-tolerance techniques into my sessions, and I prioritise working collaboratively with each client to ensure their goals and needs guide the therapeutic process.

A unique aspect of my background is that I worked as a psychologist in Hong Kong for over three years, which has provided me with particular insight and comfort in supporting clients from East Asian backgrounds. I am also a native Cantonese speaker and fluent in Mandarin.
