Hello! I'm Theodora, a Provisional Psychologist with a diverse background in mental health, specifically in the disability sector. I’m passionate about helping adolescents and adults enhance their health and wellbeing, develop effective skills to overcome challenges, and build meaningful relationships with themselves and others. By creating a collaborative and safe therapeutic space with warmth and empathy, I aim to foster meaningful and lasting change.

My approach is holistic, integrated, and client-centred, tailoring interventions to each individual's unique background and needs. I have expertise in psychological assessment and psychotherapy to address various concerns, such as acute and complex trauma, anxiety and mood disorders, relationship and family difficulties, personality disorders, and body image and eating disorders.

I employ evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices to empower clients in their healing process.
