I have a gentle conversational approach to improving mental health, informed by many years of mindfulness practise and deep listening. I have skills to assist people in crisis situations with a broad range of mental health issues. I am now in my fifth year as an Endorsed Community Psychologist working in a remote community.

Community Psychologists are aware of cross cultural issues and, although trained in CBT and ACT, have a wholistic approach to fostering wellbeing. I have an interest in supporting people’s exploration of their spirituality and am a member of the APS Transpersonal Psychological Interest Group and an Associate Member of ANZAP (Australian and New Zealand Association of Psychotherapy).
