Counseling and Therapy to Suit You

Despite how common mental health problems are (1 in 5 Australians are affected by them), it can be a difficult decision to seek-out mental health treatment. It’s often difficult to make the time to see a psychologist and people are often unsure about what actually happens during therapy. Sometimes seeking help can seem harder than just putting-up with what’s wrong.

Usually, after the first session, people have a better idea about what’s involved in therapy and whether they feel comfortable with their clinical psychologist. Clarity offers centrally locatedcomfortable rooms (located in Carlton), and after-hours sessions are available. We can also offer flexible counseling schedules to suit your availability, including options for fortnightly or monthly therapy sessions when appropriate.

All our clinicians are highly experienced and have been trained to the highest Australian standard, clinical psychologist. They have experience providing evidence-based therapy that is tailored to your individual treatment needs. We do not use a one-size-fits-all approach to psychological counseling.
