Alex is a compassionate and easygoing clinical psychologist dedicated to empowering clients on their journey to mental wellness. With extensive experience in the public mental health sector, Alex brings a warm and empathic approach and aims to create a safe space for clients to explore what has brought them to therapy.

Alex has a special interest in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She has experience working within public child and adolescent mental health teams in both inpatient and community settings, and more recently has worked as a senior clinical psychologist providing assessments and brief interventions to children, adolescents, and their families within a public hospital setting. Alex has previously worked with a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, phobias, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and relationship difficulties.

Alex’s therapeutic approach is centered around helping clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences. Through the use of evidence-based techniques that are tailored to each client’s needs, Alex aims to help clients learn to navigate life's complexities with confidence, and embrace their strengths and potential for growth and self-discovery.
