NLC Psychology is a brand new clinical psychology practice only 5 minutes from the Adelaide CBD.

We are proud to be part of the multi-disciplinary Move for Better Health Centre (together with physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and podiatrists), with a collaborative evidence-based approach to treatment for a wide range of conditions.

NLC Psychology provides evidence-based treatment for children, teenagers, and adults experiencing a range of psychological difficulties. Common psychological difficulties may include sleep problems, anxiety, depression, and psychological adjustment to stressful events (e.g., trauma/grief), among others. Treatment will be tailored to your individual circumstances, and may include approaches such as traditional Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
