Overview
Graham is a highly experienced and very likable psychologist with a passion for helping people attain well-being and performance in their everyday lives and in their areas of aspiration, such as sport, learning, and work.
As a seasoned therapist, Graham equips people with the awareness, tools, and support they need to overcome obstacles such as stress, anxiety, conflict, and depression that hamper self-expression, happiness, and general life performance.
Graham’s style is to compassionately guide and enable his clients to live, work, and relate mindfully and authentically according to their values and aspirations. His aim is for his clients to find and be their best selves.
Among his many achievements, Graham was the chief psychologist to three Australian Olympic Teams (including Sydney 2000) and brings over three decades of experience helping people from a wide variety of backgrounds find composure, confidence, and focus, even when life’s storms threaten to overwhelm them.
Graham’s extensive experience as a performance psychologist in high-performance sport and with leaders and teams in the industry has enabled him to become a very practical facilitator and partner in helping his clients to make a positive change in themselves, their relationships, and their lives.
On a personal note, Graham has a background in top-level sport, having represented South Australia in First-Class cricket. He has also authored six books, including Mindful Cricket and the best-selling Think One Team. More recently, Graham was awarded the status of Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
