Psychologist
About Cameron

Cameron is a kind, solution-focussed psychologist who is easy to relate and talk to. He has a warm, collaborative therapy style wherein he provides clients with practical tools and strategies to overcome difficult times, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, interpersonal issues, health struggles, sleep disorders, and dealing with life difficulties. Cameron enjoys supporting clients to become their best self using their values to guide, motivate, and inspire change.

 Solution Focussed and Client-Centred

Cameron is a supportive therapist and and sympathetic listener. He is able to listen attentively, quickly reach the heart of the matter, and provide sound guidance and strategies for overcoming challenges. Cameron's calm, kind manner puts people at ease and he is very easy to talk to, even for those not normally keen on therapy.

Cameron works collaboratively with his clients to foster understanding into the roots of their current challenges. This typically leads to greater self-insight and a sense of how thoughts and actions contribute to maintaining emotional, social and mental upset. Cameron then provides tools, strategies and solutions that promote healing.

When faced with life's difficulties such as chronic pain, grief, anxiety or difficult times, Cameron is an excellent listener who gives thoughtful advice. Cameron helps his clients to build inner resources such as resilience, emotional regulation, courage, self-compassion, cultivating a calmer and wiser state of mind, and effective coping strategies when under pressure.

Cameron is available for appointments on Fridays and sees clients from 18 years and older.
