With over 23 years of experience in private practice in South Australia, Sharon brings deep compassion and clinical expertise to her work supporting women through life’s transitional stages.

Sharon specialises in Menopause Psychology, offering care that addresses the emotional and psychological challenges of premature, early, peri-, and post-menopause. She understands the often-complex impact hormonal shifts can have on mental health and wellbeing, and creates a safe, supportive space for women to feel seen, heard, and empowered during this significant life phase.

In addition to her work with menopause, Sharon has a strong interest in midlife and ageing psychology - exploring the biological, psychological, social, and existential factors that shape this stage of life. Her approach is thoughtful, personalised, and grounded in evidence-based practice, helping women navigate midlife with clarity and confidence.

Sharon is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA), and is a proud member of Psychologists Inc (MAAPI) and the Australasian Menopause Society (AMS).
