Welcome to Upstream Health, Our vision is to work from both a proactive and reactive perspective, assisting people to attain and maintain wellness. Located in a restored heritage building, with lots of natural light, we ensure you will feel comfortable and safe.
Whilst working with clients to target problems at the source (Upstream), the practice also works to encourage people to implement longer term strategies in order to maintain their health and well-being.
We offer a range of psychology services for adults, children and adolescents including (but not limited to) treatments for:
- Anxiety disorders
- Depression
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Childhood trauma
- Attachment difficulties
We offer onsite HICAPS claiming and accept most major health funds. A standard consultation is $185 and we do Cognitive and Autism Assessments onsite.
With parking available on Grote street and Gray street and public transport options close by, we are ideally located for people who live or work in Adelaide, and surrounding areas, including Wayville, Walkerville, Parkside, Prospect, Marleston, Brompton, Plympton, North Adelaide, The Barton and Torrensville.
