Overview
Flora White is a fully registered Psychologist who has a passion for empowering individuals to enhance their well-being and increasing their resilience. Flora has worked in government for over 15 years. She has also worked in the Manly area in private practice since 2013. Flora works with children, adolescents and adults. Common presentations ranging from anxiety, depression and trauma. She ensures that people are able to feel safe and heard.
Her preferred therapies are Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Narrative Therapy. Currently Flora has recently attended training focusing on expressive therapies such as sandtray work. Flora is married and has two children and two border collie dogs, her family is her priority. She loves to travel and enjoys anything associated with the water in particular snorkelling.

Located just off the Esplanade in Manly, we are one block up from the largest marina precinct in the southern hemisphere. There is ample parking available around our practice, and for those using public transport, the 224 and N226 buses stop right out front. We are ideally located for those in Manly, but also surrounding areas of Wynnum, Manly West, Wynnum West, Lota, Wakerley, Ransome, Hemmant, Tingalpa, Gumdale, Thorneside, Belmont, and Birkdale.
