The Lightner Centre provides evidence-based, individually tailored clinical psychology care for children, adolescents & adults
At The Lightner Centre, we understand that psychological distress rarely exists in isolation. Trauma, mental health difficulties, and life’s challenges are often deeply interconnected, shaped by personal history, relationships, and the demands of everyday life. Our work begins by taking the time to truly understand your experience, not just your symptoms.
We are a clinical psychology practice dedicated to supporting recovery and long-term wellbeing through comprehensive, thoughtful assessment and evidence-based, specialised treatment. By addressing the underlying causes of distress, we help create meaningful and lasting change rather than short-term symptom relief.
The Lightner Centre offers a calm, welcoming, and respectful space where you are heard, understood, and supported. We work collaboratively with you to build insight, resilience, and confidence, empowering you to navigate life’s challenges and move toward a more grounded, sustainable sense of wellbeing.
