We are Psychologists registered by the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA) and members of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). We provide child & adolescent, adult, family, and workplace & corporate psychology and counselling support services. 

Psychologists are required to successfully train for a minimum of 6 years before becoming eligible for registration to practice in Australia. Our profession further demands that we continually develop our skills in order to provide the most appropriate services to our clients.

You don't need a referral and you don’t need to have mental health diagnosis to consult with our Psychologists. Many of our clients engage in counselling for relationship and family issues, life changes, career planning, personal growth etc.

However if you have been suffering from a mental health disorder, or have been referred by a medical professional, your workplace, maybe even a loved one for treatment – we are here to help.

We know that established psychological treatments are effective in managing many diagnosed mental health disorders. For example, research is telling us that professional and appropriately delivered psychological intervention is the treatment of choice for most childhood problems, and is effective in treating the most common mental health conditions including anxiety and depression.

We provide our clients, across all ages and regions within NSW, with a diverse range of psychological assessment and counselling intervention services in order to best meet their individual needs.
