About Elizabeth

I am experienced in working with individuals across the lifespan and enjoy working with adolescents, adults and older adults. I use my expertise in a range of evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Dialectal Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to achieve the desired outcomes.

I have worked in a variety of clinical settings including primary schools and high schools as a School Psychologist, in rehabilitation and WorkCover as well as a Psychologist at a University Psychology Clinic.

I received intensive clinical training at MindSpot Clinic at Macquarie University. In this position, I provided extensive online and face-to-face assessment and intervention for individuals and groups nationwide who presented with a diverse range of mental health presentations. I completed specialist training in trauma and am particularly passionate about treating individuals with complex trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

To complement my current skills base and foundational training, I am undergoing further accreditation in Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy and am a member of the Australian Hypnotherapist Association.
