Charlene is a senior psychologist at RewireMe and has worked in both private and corporate sectors with a keen interest in positive & progressive psychology. Charlene has completed a Bachelor degree in Science and a Masters degree in Psychology graduating with Honours.
Charlene provides psychological therapy for adult individuals and couples. She’s experienced in the fields of self-compassion, personal development, depression, anxiety, stress, insomnia, trauma & loss, relationship difficulties, performance psychology and psychedelic integration. Charlene’s work with adolescents, and their families, has centred around behavioural issues, bullying and anxiety.
