Existing patients may book appointments online via Healthengine.
New patients must contact our Clinical Support Team prior to booking an initial consultation. This step is essential to ensure all required information is provided before proceeding with the booking process.

Pricing and payment
Billing policy
Consultations are provided on a private fee-paying basis and are not bulk billed. Fees are payable by the patient. For initial appointments, the remaining consultation fee (less the $300 deposit) is processed on the day of your appointment. For subsequent appointments, the full fee is processed on the day. Payment may be processed automatically via Healthengine using your stored card details or in person via EFTPOS. Medicare rebates (if eligible) will be processed by our team. Private health insurance does not apply to outpatient psychiatric and gastroenterology consultations.
